Site Analytics Tool is a self-hosted control center for a solo publisher or small portfolio operator. Instead of jumping between Google Analytics, Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools, it brings the signals that matter into one private workspace.
It is deliberately single-admin: no public signup, billing, team workspaces, or multi-tenant SaaS layer. The focus is a faster, more useful weekly review of the sites you own.
Why I built it
Managing a portfolio of sites used to mean opening several dashboards and manually rebuilding the same picture every time. Google Analytics reports one property at a time, Search Console has its own separate view of queries and search performance, and Bing Webmaster Tools adds another place to check.
That fragmentation makes regular reviews slower and makes it harder to connect a change in traffic with search visibility, content performance, or an integration problem. Site Analytics Tool brings those signals together in one portfolio view, so I can move from checking dashboards to deciding what needs attention.
What it surfaces
- Portfolio-level traffic and search KPIs, top movers, anomaly signals, and data coverage gaps.
- Per-site GA4, Google Search Console, and Bing performance charts.
- Search Console reports for top queries and pages, so content opportunities are easier to spot.
- Integration health, sync history, stale-data detection, and daily or manual data syncs.
- CSV, ZIP, and PDF performance-report exports for deeper review or sharing.
Private by design
The dashboard includes a privacy mode for screen sharing and uses an allowlisted admin account with mandatory TOTP multi-factor authentication before real data can be read. The public demo uses synthetic data only.
The project is actively evolving. Explore the demo to see the interface, or check the repository for the full architecture and self-hosting setup.
